Why they came to us: Church Street Market House had no occupancy. They were looking for monthly memberships, conference room bookings, and office space rentals. At the time, they were just starting out and trying to fill up their newly renovated building.

Approach

What we did to help: We created a strategic plan on how to fill their space. To gain traction and increase their visibility online., they needed a strong SEO presence, advertising, and social media. We took an aggressive approach which yielded a lot of leads for the organization. These leads have been converted to completely occupy the first floor offices as well as several on the second floor. Furthermore, memberships are rolling in, and conference rooms are booked daily.
