Why they came to us: Penn Street Mortgage asked us what they could be doing better with their marketing. During our conversation, we discussed what a company should be spending on marketing, the most effective return on investment, and what they should be doing for their unique business. Our main focus was to increase brand awareness as well as the number of leads they receive from online.

Approach

What we did to help: One of the most important aspects we look at for new companies that we are going to take on is how things are organized in the organization in terms of their digital collateral – i.e. ad accounts, social media profiles, and a website. During our initial meeting we determined the best first step first was to approach social media, video, and other organic means. Due to the success of our initial campaigns, we took the next step and started focusing on search engine optimization (SEO) and local SEO.
